Dr Ratan Lal on the Political Voice of the Marginalised!

Dr Vikrant Kishore discusses the current state of Dalit Identity and Politics in India with Dr Ratan Lal, who is an author, activist and academic, currently working as an Associate Professor at Hindu College, New Delhi! He has published many books, including – Kitne Rohit – on Rohit Vemula and atrocities on Dalits in educational institutes. He recently published a Hindi translation of "The Doctor and The Saint" by celebrated author Arundhati Roy!
